    Thank you for this lovely session. It felt very therapeutic, calming, and I enjoyed your intentional words. It’s interesting that you mention the sacrum chakra holds onto guilt when off balance. I recently went in for a craniosacral therapy session and my practitioner mentioned I had inflammation in my sacrum. During certain leg workouts or ab workouts, somewhere within my sacrum/pelvis area there’s always a light pop. It’s only with my left leg, I’m assuming it’s a pop in a socket? I do experience emotional guilt for my past self, which is why I find it intriguing that the sacral chakra hold onto guilt, especially considering the pop and “inflammation”. Do you have any book recommendations about the chakras? Also, would love to see a yin yoga video dedicated to pelvis issues, like popping 🙂
