How to balance the sacral chakra
Though the chakras can become blocked by certain habits and imbalances in the body, mind, and soul, we can bring these energy centers back into alignment with the right tools and care. Here are some ways to balance your sacral chakra for optimal creativity, pleasure, and emotional expression.
Practice asana postures that target the sacral area. Some of these poses include Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby), Utkata Konasana (Goddess Pose), and Malasana (Squat).
Use stones and crystals to balance the sacral chakra.
Take a soothing bath with essential oils.
Tap into your creative side through journaling, dance, art, or whatever your preferred expression.
Practice using affirmations.
When the sacral chakra is in healthy alignment, you will be able to source energy for creativity, movement, procreation, desire, pleasure, and relationships. You will be able to freely express your wants and needs in relationships, and pleasure will be a priority. Creativity and visualization will become easy for you to tap into when your sacral is aligned.

I have experienced child abusing since i was 4/5 years , my love life is until today horrible which makes me feel so lost.. im just so tired that nothing makes any sense anymore
I need balance back in ma life cuz of this weird disturbing ugly individual who claims shes me.And isnt and is all around sounds like a bitter person tryin to be somone shes not n needs God desperately.I need my life back in order n if this is all bcuz of ma ex she can keep him.Aint noone want him anyway.

Someone, and including myself, recently made me feel guilty and shameful of something I did and it’s been really affecting my mood and state. Wishing for my healing
at first I reacted strongly, my body slightly shaking (my arms mostly) and my heart slightly racing with some intense painful emotions. then it got like blurry and zoning out, after that I feel like im gonna throw up. I usually am very sensitive to stuff so…

Just had a dream. Not very pleasant… In the dream, I felt frustrated and confused while surrounded by crashing planes and explosions. Probably my senses took me to the most hurt places in the World – war zones. Now, listening to this melody it connects me with my spirit, uniting me with the surroundings, and causing pleasant feelings of gratitude, natural ecstasy, inspiration, and hope! I hope this frequency works bcuz their is a weird female going out her way to pretend to be me. Lieing to ppl shes me and being a dam nuisance for no apparent reason other than shes a loner and a weirdo n needs legit help emotionally.Appartly knows where i live at and if their was a frequency for weirdos to stay away n stop being weird ,I’d watch it every mofokin day .
