Perfection. I have been concentrating heavily on the chakra healing sounds. They have helped A LOT. I have trouble settling into the Solar Plexes, Heart and Throat, but that is on me. I think I am having a hard time getting those three REALLY moving, but I am being very persistent and will continue to travel on this journey with the help of Meditative Mind <3
