    Can anyone tell me why this made me so lightheaded that I fell uncontrollably?? I already practice qigong often. Ayiyi how can I fix this? I hate feeling like I cannot harness the boundless energy that I know I am and hold. 🙁

    I’m recovering from living in a toxic household. Your qigong routines are activating my chi on so many levels that my body is in actual physical ‘detox’, releasing all kinds of stored up/stuck/blocked chi, the result of months of toxicity, stress, emotional abuse. I am deeply fatigued, have swollen/puffy eyes, intense red/itchy rash on my neck, chest, and around the edges of my face and jawline. I was initially worried about myself, what with all the physical ‘symptoms’; now I know they are a good sign — it’s what I need, to release the old gunk and move forward, healthy, balanced and whole. THANK YOU for your videos. They are saving me!

    what arises in me
    as I watch this video
    is just how much pain I’m in…
    suicidal grief and homicidal rage.
    nothing to live for.
    it all seems devastatingly hopeless.
    the past rapes and haunts me…
    the future paralyzes me with fear.
    and I only feel overwhelming shame
    in the present.
