The Bates method is ineffective and dangerous and based on physiological principles that have repeatedly been disproven. Your eyesight is very much dependent on the shape/structure of your eye! It’s one thing to reduce strain by filtering blue light or by taking breaks from your work. But there is no way to “correct” your vision.

Normally don’t comment but thought I’d drop this for anyone’s that on the fence!
I actually bought the deodorants after seeing this video and used her code (which saves you a decent couple of bucks). This is my first time switching to aluminum free deodorants and i wish I did this sooner because I’ve noticed my skin is much calmer (I get eczema flares and after I made these product switches It’s gone down :0 !!) and also I don’t risk staining my white shirts now which is a great bonus. I rlly like the cucumber mint scent and I also got a body wash with the same scent that I’m pleased with. It’s subtle yet refreshing and clean feeling. Cant promise you’ll see the same results or like the same scents but if you’re considering switching to aluminum free, I would definitely recommend it. even though it’s not the cheapest deodorant, it’s a real investment on caring for your body and I think much better than say buying sheet masks, bath bombs, or other commercialized “self care”
