In a work environment where I know the owner from years ago and love the ethos of what the overall company does…but the owner has no EQ, has their knickers in a twist from their mistake in the employment contract and holds an underlining grudge in all our interactions. I’m in a no win situation, need to find a new job, not easy when this is my first job in years and years. Trying not to feel trapped… I know I need to leave, it’s just where to?
