Items Required To Start the Lemon Baking Soda Water Challenge:
• One teaspoon of Baking Soda (any brand)
• 8 0z to 10 0z of Water (mineral water is recommended, however, we use room temperature spring water)
• Half squeezed lemon
• Black pepper
Other Recommendations:
• Drink lots of water throughout the day
• Bathroom accessibility is a must
• Start off with a one day cleanse then increase to 3 days
• Start when you are preferably home all day
• Drink on an empty stomach in the mornings (take 30 minutes before breakfast)
• Drink once per day in the mornings (up to 14 days).
• Number of days depends on your goals, but rule of thumb, 14 days on, 14 days OFF
