Great video Nikky, I just want to add to peoples understanding of the polarities. We can be in "service to self" or in "service to others" through, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and into 7th density schooling (I use the the word school loosely as our spiritual journeys are ultimately about remembering we are the Divine or are really One) Both choice paths are correct and can be very positive, but there is an additional component to take into account which determines the interpretation as to whether one could view it as bad or good. Each density contains a range of emotional states of being that we can live in (see the Map of Consciosness in Power vs Force by David Hawkins to see the levels). The lower level of emotional vibrations are the negative range of emotions, hate, fear, anger, jealousy. Then as you progress you move up into the positive range of emotions, trust, happiness, joy, bliss, peace up into enlightenment. Which ever polarity you choose it is about raising your vibration to get as close to enlightenment in each density of schooling. So being of a low vibration and being in Service to Others is as bad (if you like) to being of low vibration In Service to Self. A real life example of each is, the person that lives in a state of anxiety that is always helping others and not looking after themselves and running them selves down into the ground (In Service to Others). Or the person that lives in Fear utilising control of others via manipulation to maintain there role as a manager for example (In Service to Self) The truth is this polarity of Service to Self or Others is simply a learning/remembering device a teaching aid only as we all exhibit both tendencies naturally and normaly by 7th Density the choice paths combine as the realisation comes that they are the same and we become "Of One" spiritually, which is both being polarised In Service to Self and In Service to Others, because they are like Yin and Yang, two mutually inclusive parts of a whole we call One. I hope that makes sense?

I think my solar plexus chakra is blocked, i got a problem around social environment cuz of anxiety which is why i felt easily manipulated in the past but i learnt to not let others do that to me, I always to try to help when others need me however it-s not good if they keep asking me a lot of favours cuz its hard for me to say no which it can result really exhausting, nowadays i have a limit of giving help or my time , i have learnt to set some boundaries but at the same time i find it hard to help myself to boost little my self esteem. I don’t expect a lot but at least i try to balance certain things, all i know im not perfect even if i feel pushed away and I-m not always right , despite I have a lot to learn . I enjoy learning about the knowledge of the * 6 Chakras ,Soulmates/Twin flames, Mandala Effect, Spirit Animals, Akashic Records, Vedic Astrology kundli, Spiritual Awakening & Ascension, Meditation , Auras , Lucid dreaming, Precognition / De ja vu/ Premonitions, Astral Projection(OBE* , kundalini awkening, Astrology, 12 Chinese Zodiac Animals, Natal charts , Palm Reading, Angel numbers, tarot cards, Lernomand cartomancy , Numerology Including about Indigos,Rainbow,Crystal children and ofc learning thru other languages and Ancient religion history stories including the Maya Civilization , Ancient Egypt, Roman civilization , the Greeks civilization , Dimensions with Space and Time **Infinity symbol.., i believe in Past lives/Soul Ages as well , which we have many life lessons coming from the soul contract we had before we are born in order to learn and to go in next life time waiting for us. I think my soul age is still in the beginning maybe in stage two because I appear to be a know it all person but i never see myself that way. Thank you for this video. I started focusing on balancing this chakra, cause my blockade is very present. A good tool for that is also chakra yoga and sunlight. But I think healing takes it’s time ♡
