totally disagree! you know how long it takes to open a chakra. definitely not a day or a week but for those who abstain from sexual desire & materialistic things are farther ahead imo.

The first time I opened my Chakra I was Meditation and all of a sudden it was like a swirl of vibration from the root all the way to my crown Wow Yes
