There is a selenite crystal cave in Mexico that was submerged in water for 500 years the water was drained & the crystals were fine, the cave is currently submerged again.

Selenite is self cleansing. Sound frequency is the best way to clean crystals in general.
How to physically clean it? My big piece I have had for years has taken on a dingy yellowish color some and I really want it to look new. It’s so big and was a gift
