Codependent all my life until my son died five years ago.
Went through a TREMENDOUS clearing amd just recently the intense downloads have ceased and I am back at work.
I understand now how to stay in my power in interpersonal relationships, but the work environment is a whole different amimal.
The boss isn’t looking to colaberate. Do I just realize that in certain circumstances I have to go along because I DON’T have the power to change things and reinforce on my own why it is I’m submitting to people I don’t respect?
I don’t know how to navigate this. Thank you for amy advice!
