Hey Melanie Beckler here and today I’m excited to talk to you about Heart Chakra opening. I’m going to share with you a simple and yet so powerful practice for awakening your heart Chakra to a new level. And this is powerful because pretty much every human on the planet, even the most open hearted individuals, have this potential to further awaken the heart, to access the innate soul qualities and divine wisdom available to us each. Now the heart Chakra blossoms like a lotus more and more of its petals opening up. And when this happens, you’re able to access more of your gifts, spiritual abilities, soul qualities, and highest divine frequency. The Heart Chakra is so important to keep open, to keep in balance, to awaken as you progress on your spiritual path and really just on your path through life. Because the heart Chakra is the balance point for your multidimensional being and open.
Balanced heart empowers you to perfectly balance living as a material. Being and living as a spiritual being is the center that keeps you in alignment with the middle path, balanced, spiritually balanced, physically not swinging too far into unbalanced materialism or unbalanced spirituality. So your Heart Chakra is the center point of the seven Chakras of your physical body. But then it’s also the center point between your multidimensional Chakras and your multidimensional being. So keeping your heart in balance is so powerful for balancing your multidimensional being, but then also empowering you to love and thrive in the present moment. When your heart is open and you are centered in your heart in a balanced and empowered way, you’re able to flow with the love and grace and peace throughout your life, connecting with others in a balanced and joyful way, and living on the path of love. So to open your heart Chakra, the process I have to share with you today is simple, but don’t let that trick you into feeling that it’s not powerful because this is so profound.
So essentially focus your awareness within. I like to begin by asking to be surrounded by divine light and love. And with my team of guides, angels ascended masters of the middle path of the highest did like to surround me, bless my energy and assist me in opening my heart Chakra in the way that will most serve according to divine will. And so it is direct your attention then to the your center of your mind, focusing your awareness they’re in and where attention goes, energy flows. So you’re in your mind. And then imagine, visualize, experience that you’re taking an elevator from your mind down to your heart. So allow your attention to lower down. Jot Down, moving down through your throat, through your thymus, and into your heart. Focusing on the center of your chest, the very center of your being and entering your awareness within. You can look for a spark of golden light, a spark of rose gold light.
Tune into that spark of light. Tune into whatever sensation or tingling or feeling or pressure you find on the area of your heart center. And focus on that all of your attention on it. Breathe into your heart, allowing your heart to open. And as you exhale, let go, let go on your outbreath and release into the light. Any past pains or traumas or tensions, any feelings of not being enough, any feelings of not being able to connect, let go and focus inward on the light. Move your awareness within. Continuing to move in the center of the center of the center of your heart center. So this perpetual inward spiral and motion as you go deeper into your heart, focusing on that pinprick of light and experience it expanding and growing as you move within it. And as you keep moving within your heart center, this inward movement, this inward motion, this centering on walks you from the mind just for now and empowers your heart Chakra to open. Empowers your heart Chakra to awaken. Empowers your heart center to blossom, to fill with more light, to receive the blessings of light and love of your guides and angels who are all around.

wtf is this
I see alot of translucent green color in my meditations lately. Not sure if this means my heart chakra is blocked or has started to heal. I meditated for 2 year and only recently started to experience colors and as if I am traveling quickly thru space with tiny stars passing me by.
I love this so much! A few years ago, I manifested a pair of batteries for my grandbaby’s flashlight out of thin air. I felt my heart pop open (plus a few other things happened at the same time) and then the batteries materialized right were they were not, in the very same second! I AM.
