FULL SKIN CARE ROUTINE USING ALL NATURAL HOMEMADE PRODUCTS!
Hey guys! Here is my full skin care routine using purely natural products! This is a great routine if you’re on a budget, or if you have sensitive skin!
Here’s some juicy info:
Exfoliators:
Maize flour face scrub:
What you’ll need;
– Maize flour
– Water
Mix some maize flour and water to make a smooth paste.
Apply this all over the face, and rub it into the skin to remove dead skin cells and unclog the pores. Rinse off with lukewarm water, and moisturize.
Lemon + sugar face scrub:
What you’ll need;
– A lemon slice (round)
– Brown sugar
Dip the lemon slice into some sugar and apply all over the face, using the lemon to rub it in.
Rinse off and moisturize.
Face Masks:
Avocado mask:
What you’ll need;
– Avocado
– Olive oil/ Coconut oil
Mash/ blend the avocado to a smooth consistency and then add a few drops of olive oil.
Apply all over the face and leave it on for 10-15minutes, then rinse it off and follow up with a moisturizer.
This mask is extremely moisturizing and hydrating to the skin, especially if you have dry skin.
Turmeric face mask:
What you’ll need;
– Turmeric powder
– Milk
Mix the turmeric powder with a few drops of milk to make a smooth paste.
Apply the paste all over your face and leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off. Finish off with some moisturizer.
This mask is great for brightening the skin and livening up your complexion.
Egg white face mask:
What you’ll need;
– Egg white
Beat an egg white and apply it all over the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Finish off with a moisturizer.
This mask is great for tightening your pores and gives your face a lift.
NB: For best results with each of these face masks, it’s best to do them after steaming and exfoliating your skin.
