When my grandmother was 60, she started walking 10 miles a day. She’s 90 now, and we don’t know where the hell she is.
Gonna track my progress here until I feel comfortable going back to the gym. So this will be my week 1!

Day 1: completed the full video! It was extremely hard getting to the 15 minute mark but I pushed through. Tomorrow I’ll make sure to wear my Apple Watch to track the miles and calories burned
Day 2: during my lunch I did one of her quick 12 minute videos. After work, I finished the complete video and today I felt less tired! I put on my Apple Watch, the exercise burnt a total of 336 active calories. Today I’ve completed 3.11 miles!
Day 3: did the same thing as yesterday and had a lot more energy and burnt a total of 600 calories in total for both work outs and walked 4.59 miles
Day 4: I was tired today but still pushed through. I just did this video and burnt 491 calories and I only walked 2.27 miles today

Thought this will be a good easy 30 minutes one to start off with. That was hard as I’m so unfit . It was fun only lasted 10 minutes tho .
