Our Sacral Chakra, also called “Svadhisthana” is the second primary chakra and is located in the pelvic area. It is responsible for movement, flow, care, pleasure, relationships, procreation and more. Svadhisthana is all about creating joy, happiness and loving relationships.
The gift of the Sacral Chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations, joy and pleasure. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality and creativity. The energy of the Sacral Chakra allows us to experience every moment as it is, in all its fullness. It allows us to let go and feel change and transformation taking place in our body.
Sadly, the society we live in mostly does not encourage us to be ourselves, to live and express our emotions. So from an early age, we have to repress our emotions and desires. We are told not to cry, not to express ourselves publicly and to be ashamed of our feelings and needs. All this suppressed energy remains stuck in the second chakra and causes imbalances.
It is therefore vital to open and heal our Sacral Chakra to restore balance and allow emotions, creativity and love to be part of ourselves and our life again.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz Chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our Sacral Chakra can resonate with, is 288 Hz.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 288 Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 288 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 288Hz after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular Chakra frequency.

I can’t wait for the day that I wake up and do not have to feel the pain anymore. I am slowly becoming better at feeling the emotion and letting what is..be. It still hurts my soul that i have experienced such things. I try not to show it, but this new chapter I hope I find myself with the right people who love me..the happiness..the success all around. To anyone else who is healing from hard times. I hope you know you are not alone. We will get our justice and walk freely one day.

I really enjoy the imagery that accompanies this. It really helps synthesize the feelings produced by this music. I lost my beautiful husband two years ago. I found him on the floor after he suffered a heart attack, and tried to save him, but couldn’t. It was so traumatic for me, he was my everything. It has been so difficult for me to learn how to live again. Listening to and seeing this feels like… letting go. I’m crying, but it feels like relief somehow. Thank you.
