Discovering the Chakras: Crown Chakra

The term “chakra” means “wheel” in Sanskrit and refers to the energy points within the body. The seventh chakra, or Sahasrara Chakra, connects us to the element of consious thought and is associated with wisdom, knowledge, consciousness and spiritual connection.
