Different Types of Meditation | Which One is Right For Me?
Meditation today becomes very confusing with so many different methods, names and types. From Kundalini meditation, guided meditation, chakras, manifestation, visualisation, affirmation and all these terms become an overwhelm to understand which meditation is best for you.
If we were to understand mindfulness meditation as nothing but to be more calm in state and to be awakened and more conscious of the things working around us.
What people don’t realise is that meditation is about nothingness. Meaning you are thinking about NO THING!
With a lot of these visualisation meditations or positive affirmation meditations to allow you to manifest while you sleep but is in actual fact far from nothing, instead we are channelling our minds to focusing.
In this video I will be sharing with you the different types of meditation and go through which is best for you depending on what outcome you are looking for. Whether it is purely for the sake of manifestation and the law of attraction to get what you want in life, or if it is to calm the mind and get rid of stress. The should you or should you not listen to music will all become apparent.
