After meditating just now, everything seems so much clearer. My mind is clearer, and my sight is clearer as well. Normally when I type up comments I make so many mistakes. I’ve made barely any mistakes while typing this up. Thank you Calm. This meditation was very calming, and cleared up so many things. I’ll be back tomorrow, and the next day, and the next…
I have severe disassociation is it normal to be more disassociated while doing this. I keep my eyes open because that helps me stay present a bit better. Any advice?
