Hey Guys! Today I’m sharing with you one of my favorite natural methods of healing my Alopecia and stimulating hair growth. I have tried so many oil blends, but with this one, in particular, I have had a lot of success with and I’m so excited to share it with you guys!

What you will need:

Carrier Oils:
Grapeseed Oil ( 4 tsps.)
Jojoba oil ( 1/2 tsps. )

Essential Oils:
Lavender (3 drops)
Thyme (2 drops)
Cedarwood (2 drops)
Rosemary (3 drops)

Any small mixing bowl

Mix oils together and massage the oil into the bare areas of the scalp for two minutes. You can either wrap a warm towel around your head for easy absorption and then wash your hair, or you can leave in the oils ( as I do ).
