Interestingly, even though Lepidolite is a Lithium bearing mineral, its stunning lilac colour is actually due to Manganese! FASCINATING!     Hi, is lepidolite the same as purple mica? I’ve seen it look flaky and sheen like stone and the more rough sturdier looking stone . But I keep seeing that they are the same?
