I am not sure how reiki works but you can cleanse chakras through meditation, when you imagine your chakras and then spinning them faster and cleansing them until they are bright and turning fast. When you cleanse them, you will feel much more ‘in the flow’ .
What a bunch of superstitious crap. Can’t we just call a good massage a good massage?
