    This is MY FAVOURITE mineral ever… Azurite. I own so many specimens that I sometimes doubt if there would be traces of copper dust in my air :’)

    Fantastic. How can copper decompose into both of these minerals? And then those minerals can decompose into one or other. That’s a mind bender.

    Gorgeous! 2 personal questions that if you are uncomfortable answering, that’s completely understandable…do you have a degree in Geology or is this a personal interest that you’ve learned over time? And what got you started either way?
