I’m trying to do some work on myself, to get in contact with my feelings, and everytime I put myself through meditation and start to breath and be in contact with myself, something like a ball in my stomach is pullsating so strong, and is so so heavy, It s so hard to breath. So I googled chakras, and the closest chakra to that place in my stomach is the sacral chakra. When I saw it’s semnification it was clear to me that it has to do with chakra, because I was trying to access my emotions and this chakra is about emotions. So now I’m trying to balance my sacral chakra, and hopefully something is going to happen to push me forward in my healing journey.

Sacral can be difficult to heal. We need to be aware of why energy is depleted in that chakra. Usually realtionship issues, rejection, one sided relationships. Let these go, they are harmful and if the other person is always taking and you are always giving…your sacral will be drained of energy. Disconnect from these people and find your energy and life.

Relationship between Chakras and Frequencies go deeper that we think. Each chakra has a specific raaga (Musical Scale) associated with them. For example, the Raaga associated with Sacral Chakra is Yaman. These notes when tuned to certain frequency and played in certain scale resonate with the Chakra Center and thus helps in keeping it in Balance. Listening, singing and playing musical instrument can help in balancing a particular chakra. Also, since a musical scale depicts a certain mood, certain emotions, you will find yourself more connected to certain scale than others. That also indicates how much a chakra is in balance. More you resonate with a certain scale, more aligned that chakra is.
