The crown chakra is located at the top of our heads and it is associated with the lotus flower. This is the energy centre that is responsible for thought, awareness, wisdom and our connection the the Divine.

A blocked crown is often a results of living a stressful, fast paced lifestyle. If you have unresolved trauma or deeply rooted core beliefs that have perpetuated throughout your life than your crown is most likely blocked.
