Je viens de découvrir récemment votre travail. Je trouve cela merveilleux de partager vos connaissances et ces vidéos.
Je suis atteinte d’un covid long depuis 18 mois, je souffre de nombreux symptômes handicapants.
Au bord de la dépression avec de forte crises d’angoisse et devant l’errance médicale pour mes troubles neurologiques, vertiges, maux de tête, troubles gastro intestinaux importants, j’essaie de trouver des solutions et me tourner vers la méditation.
Est ce que des malades comme moi vous ont déjà sollicité ?
J’utilise les fréquences 174, 285 et 525, vos méditations guidées pour le sommeil et vos chants, surtout celui-ci.

Can anyone guide me as to how to make the most of this video. With my eyes closed should I be focussing on the colour of each chakra or the area of each area ? Do u chant the mantra along with them or u just listen to them ?
