   Hi Marina. This is very useful information. My question is if this is a new process, or it is part of the first one. Two months ago, I received a work permit.    Been married to US citizen and a victim of domestic violence, however I came here on a visitors visa, but am wanting to live here to start my life again, what should I do.     I have an asylum case filed in 2016 and I am awaiting an interview date. Then I got married, the marriage broke up and I filed i360, i485. My i360 is approved march 2021 and my i485 is transferred to asylum office. What should I do?     If I used a different office to file my vawa case but they told me that they don’t do this joined packages. They said that.I can’t file work permit or anything else until vawa is approved can I hire you and move my case to your office? I am in LA and abuser is my spouse US citizen. What if you suffered from emotional distress because of your wife stepping out of the marriage behind your back and ended up having a child for another man whiles being married, will that be a strong vawa case for the immigrant husband who is in process of getting a green card?

    I’m just married just 3 weeks ago in a good faith. And now she asking me to forcefully divorce just because of money. She asking me all the time money. So what should I do. I can go through the vawa process. I have only marriage certificate and joint account which is just open the same day when we get married. Apart from that I don’t have any joint name papers so.     Having tons of voice recordings where a spouse is verbally abusing, and speaking poorly about your religious beliefs… can those voice recordings be used as evidence?
    Can those voice recordings be transcripted to pdf and sent to immigration. With the comment that i will provide the voice recordings if they want me to ?
