This video, I’m going to show you what meditation that will clear your Chakras. The other part of this meditation will help you to raise your vibration and this can absolutely help you recharge yourself, refresh yourself, and allow you to feel better than ever. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I’m going to be sharing with you a meditation that will help you to clear your chakras. Now, as I’ve been doing this new style of video, if you remember, what I do is I do about a five or 10 minute teaching or lesson on certain ideas on awareness, and then what we do is we wire those end with a meditation so that we make learning more of an interactive experience rather than learning being mainly just some intellectual idea that we listened to we think is cool, and then we move on with our life.
This helps us to actually wire in and make learning more of an interactive type process. So with that, let’s understand a little bit more about shock Russ. Now shock grows actually mean. We’ll so think of it like there are energy vortex is around our body. Now there’s something. A lot of these we may not physically see with our eyes. Some people say they can. However, what it is is it’s these energy vortex is that go through our body, and many of them are connected to certain emotions. Many of them are connected to certain organs. If you look at the idea of reflexology, if you look at a reflexology chart, you’ll notice that there are nerves that go through our bodies and in certain parts of our hand and certain parts of our feet there are certain the same. It’s almost like the microcosm microcosm. There are the nerves that go through the whole foot and that’s why sometimes you may get a foot massage and he may feel the rest of your body to relax.
Now, in a similar way, what happens is there are shockers throughout our body that are also connected to different organs also because they’re in physical centers in our body, and what we’re going to do in a meditation is we’re going to charge up those energy vortex is we’re going to let go of what’s not serving us and we’re going to start to understand that when we do this, we let go of debris. A lot of things we may be holding onto that we’re carrying around with us that may be weighing us down. So this is really about the awareness of our vibration and how we feel. What we’re resonating with. And let me just show you this chart real quick. This is my favorite chart that I like to share in a lot of videos. It’s the Dr David Hawkins shot from the book called power vs force, and I’ll just going to explain a couple ideas here.
So on it, you’re going to see at the bottom some lower negative emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, anger. Eventually, as it moves up, you go to neutrality, your see willingness, love, peace, joy and enlightenment is at the top. Now, the idea is that our natural vibration are natural. Set point is that of unconditional love. That is who we are. Anytime we are feeling less than that love vibration, anytime we’re feeling the lower energies, what happens is we’re taking our natural vibe and we’re bringing it down through either maybe we’re not aware of it or were attached to certain perspectives that cause us to bring ourselves down. So the key, the reason I’m saying this is because when we let go of those negative perspectives, when we learn how to really just let go and observe, that’s when we let go of all those negative energies and we’re able to then be at that high vibe state when we’re born, we’re born with that kind of connection.
We always have that connection, but what happens is as we learn more about who we are through social conditioning, as we get certain reference experiences in our life that say, hey, this is something. This is a part of who you are. You’re just, you know, this type of person and we feel less than then we bring ourselves down unconsciously, so the key to this is not pylon piling on a new idea.
