Sacral chakra – It's all about creativity

In this video I talk about the sacral chakra which is the second chakra out of the seven. This is the seat of our creativity and sensuality and I explain what to look for in a healthy and balanced sacral chakra.

I also talk about ways in which you can heal this chakra by way of foods to eat, simple everyday practices to implement and find out why water is so important.
