Crystal Hunting in Florida – We Found Fossil Shells Filled with Calcite Crystals!

In this video I was lucky enough to find something most people don’t associate with Florida… CRYSTALS! My friend Derek invited me out to check out some spots where he finds incredibly beautiful calcite clams and other shells. These calcite crystals grew inside the hollow cavities inside shells during fossilization. I hope you all enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed finding them!
