Overview of the Energy Arts System by Paul Cavel of London

In this 30-minute talk, I offer an overview of my teacher Bruce Frantzis’ Energy Arts System. Bruce holds several lineages, including in Yang and Wu styles of tai chi, bagua zhang and Taoist meditation, as a result of his extensive training in Asia, most notably with Taoist Grandmaster Liu Hung Chieh of Beijing, China. I’ve taught as a Senior Instructor of Master Frantzis’ system since 2004.
