Clear Quartz Crystal: Be Crystal Clear

It’s time to set your intention on being crystal clear with quartz crystal healing. Heather Askinosie is sharing her favorite ways to work with clear quartz crystal. Just like each intention, each clear quartz crystal is unique. Working with clear quartz has never been easier. You can place a tumbled stone in your pocket, write an intention on a piece of paper and place your clear quartz crystal point on top, or even wear something as simple as a clear quartz crystal jewelry piece.
One of Heather’s favorite things to do when she needs a little extra help getting clear, is to place a clear quartz tumbled stone in a homemade salt scrub. All you need is a mason jar or container, sea salt, lavender essential oil, and one clear quartz tumbled stone. Don’t forget to set an intention for your clear quartz tumbled stone! Mix all the ingredients together and let your scrub sit overnight. The next day when you go to use your scrub, remove the clear quartz crystal from the jar and use your clarifying scrub.
