What I Eat in a Day eating the Mediterranean Diet!
The Mediterranean diet is super popular and it’s also very similar to a plant based diet. I wanted to try out some simple, healthy recipes so I meal planned them for this day. These recipes were inspired by the REAL Mediterranean diet – hint – it’s actually more veggies than pasta! I hope you guys enjoy!
