Yoga to Open your Heart: Chakras for Beginners class focuses on loosening the chest, shoulders and upper back to allow subtle energy to flow into the heart chakra. Anahata chakra is very deep, and sweet chakra that opens up our higher faculties of deep love and compassion for all. It is said to unlock certain abilities and subtle awarenesses.

We are up to chakra #4 The Heart chakra: ANAHATA which is related to element of air, touch and the arms/hands among other things.     Is it okay for my heart to hurt a little bit ? I know my heart charkra is block because I don’t feel settle but I just want to know if that is progress i my body however do feel relax though
