Sugilite is a stone that I often think of when I think of heart energy, however I have placed it here as a stone that most useful to our third eye. Part of how we see ourselves is created within our vision. The very deepest part of how we see ourselves is just a repetitive pattern that we have learned from intuiting how others see us. Sugilite brings this to the surface for us to look at how others see us and how that relates to who we actually are.
Often times we get caught up in being the person that others expect us to be. We become the good student, the exemplary employee, the faithful wife, the loyal husband and we have not even thought about what the belief structures are that are supporting these aspects of ourselves. Sugilite asks us to not only look at the belief structures that support all of the different people that we are, but also it asks us to start the process of bringing all of the different aspects together working in sync and allowing us to be who we came her to be.
Sugilite gently demands that we be who we have become instead of being who we have been. This is the energy of Lakshmi, understanding what we have, and knowing the importance is what we do with it. With Sugilite we learn who we are in pieces and we we learn to fit each piece of the puzzle into who we are becoming. This is not as complicated as it sounds, it just using the mahvidya energy of Lakshmi, the energy of knowing who we are and who we are becoming and not focusing on who we have been.
