you dont have to use Young Living Oils….. most of te EO’s that are selled in stores are fine …..just dont buy oils that says Fragrance in the label…. Young Living Oils really do not have anykind special positive atributes…..they are just oils like any other essential oils….. Young Living is MLM

I have been breathing in oil for years now and it really helps me relieve stress. I would DEFINITELY say it’s essential because without doing it I get anxious and my day gets ruined. Do you leave the diffuser going when you sleep? I heard that you should only have it on for an hr at the most then turn it off… Is this correct, please?
