I have anger issues and I was just so mad that I started to cry so hard that I forgot how to breathe so I got on my laptop and I look up how to breathe this video showed up and it helps me a lot I will be praying this video every day thank you for making this video

This is my favourite i tried so far! I thought at first that meditation didn’t help me at all. But it’s a slow and subtle change. I can much easier focus and tune out distractions. I can also easier calm down if i have anxiety when lying in bed. Thank you so much for making all these videos!
I just start back meditating today and this is the meditation I will be using for now on because it feels good and I have anixenty really bad and it helps me stay calm and serine.

Day 4 of trying this Meditation…..I feel a change slowly and subtly making its way….I feel more positive and calm……I feel lucky and blessed….I hope this helps everybody out there

Doing this for a week straight to if my anxiety and pressure will decrease a little. This is my first time trying out breathing exercise and meditation. I’ve been struggling alot to stay positive lately so I hope this changes things. I will be doing them every day in the morning and in the night.
