I think that it would be fair to warn people that there are no scientistics proofs that reflexogy has any real benefits at all.

You are aware this is a load of bull shi… . So if i break my arm i should say to the Doctors ‘oh i dont need an X-Ray just look at my foot? I’m coughing up blood, no, no it isnt not my lungs or trachea check my foot? Suffer a heart attack, look at my foot, no need to check my heart the real organ thats the issue…

This is your diaphragm line… right pretty sure the diaphragm is the diaphragm, this is your spine on your foot. Noooo the spine is the spine located from the base of your skull to your tailbone, you know where its actually located. Jesus christ….

God the stupidy of the human race is beyonds words. Nice to see were going back time in the sense of showing intelligance.

    Are foot reflexology charts real?

There has been lots of reflexology research but no conclusive scientific evidence presented either anatomically or physiologically to verify that energy lines actually connect the various parts of your body to the soles of your feet.

Is reflexology a load of rubbish?

To say that reflexology has been understudied would imply that more money should be spent researching it. But the number of scientific studies of reflexology is not enormous. Still, a fair number of systematic reviews of this evidence have been published and they highlight how junk science can appear convincing.7 May 2021

    Is reflexology scientifically backed?

Reflexology has not been scientifically proven to cure or prevent any type of medical condition or disease.

So for all those saying ‘i studied this and got a certificate’ guess what you’ve been duped, con’d etc. Congrats your an idiot. Be proud to show off your fake certificate proving ‘im a level 2+ moron.

14:46 – not quite. You’ve got the general area of the phalanges and the metatarsals mostly correct, but what you’ve labeled as the tarsals is actually really just one of them – the calcaneus, or the “heel bone”. You’re looking at a plantar view and the tarsals are on the dorsal aspect of the foot. (Background: I’m a registered nurse).

  19. Ferris on November 19, 2023 at 4:10 pm

This is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a little amount of reflexology during a massage or after acupuncture, but nothing this detailed! Can you become a reflexologist without being a massage therapist? (in the USA) The schools I’ve looked at always have one do massage as well. My problem is, they all use incense and essential oils and creams. I cannot tolerate fragrances at ALL.

  20. Vinny Ecko on November 19, 2023 at 4:11 pm

Foot massages feel great but reflexology is nonsense.

@MassageTherapeutics915  Thanks so much for the lessons, I have tried it, and I have felt change on my lower back, it’s relaxing too. Can this work too on a 68year old mother who’s on pain around the knee area and pain too around the hands?
