I always wear smoky quartz on a necklace. I get stressed and smoky quartz is the best crystal to deal with excess energy, it just turns everything into a nice calmness. Its quartz so it’s great for manifesting and if you tailor it to the Smoky’s strengths it never fails. It’s my favorite.

I remember the first time I succesfully connected with smoky quartz. It cleared all negativity. My energy felt really clean and positive.
I’ve experimented with other types of smoky quartz. I have a smoky/fire quartz. I also have a "black rose quartz" (rose quartz which has become smokyfied…) which I’m slightly obsessed with. I sometimes sleep with it on my root chakra. It’s soothing and healing. It increases feelings of safety.
Smoky quartz is one of many favorites, especially the really dark Smoky Quartz. Have quite a few now.

The best thing that happened to me with smokey quartz was it made me sooo relaxed and intuitive. And i held it while on magic mushrooms, and i recieved the exact guidance i needed at that time. I will never forget the lesson i learned that day.
A question, I have a beautiful piece of tumbled smoky quartz which looks cracked, there is like a spider web of fractures in it, and I started to hesitate if it was even real, considering it is so mesmerizing, but I saw that the stone in your necklace had similar crackles in it. Do you think there are fake smoky quartz in the market that is maybe cracked glass or something? Pls don’t judge me. I crush small amounts of this stone into powder draw it into a needle then slam it into my main vein. That way I feel the power almost instantly in my third eye and throat Chakra. Don’t knock I till you try it people

Obsidian is a stone used by Native Americans.
