Signs like that used to be common in Canada, though the "100" is in kilometers per hour and "Speed Limit" has been mostly replaced with "Maximum" which works better in English and French. There might be a few leftover "Speed Limit" versions in the western provinces.

Technically you could be sued for distributing signs that contribute to illegal activities like selling government signs to the public. I don’t care either way, but just be aware and know the state of government might not want you to make those one day
