Wow this is what’s going on in my job. I took on a nice humble job that was not as it was advertised. I’m overqualified and having to not outshine my masters, so I have to dumb myself down to fit in and not piss people off, but recently my ego and people are noticing my achievements and that I’m too big for this work role. I have networks of people that I lean on to get things done that my leadership are not privy to. Just had a discussion with my co-worker today about me truly getting into job that allows me to shine and display my skills to the fullest. You’re readings are so good!
