Over 1100 calories for this breakfast, skip the biscuits they are 300 each. Though I guess you could compensate by lowering your calories for other meals, eating only half or sharing it. I know were not supposed to worry as much about calories on keto, but still an 1100 calorie meal is over the top.
Butter makes me sick. I use grass feed butter. But I still got dick
2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon of garlic & onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of loser salt
Sprinkle black pepper
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Set to side.
Wet items:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of melted Grass fed butter.
Mix.
Then, mix wet on dry.
350 degree oven.
Form biscuits, patty to thin biscuit. Crack black pepper on top.
Chia seed pudding:
1 cup almond milk and coconut milk
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Vanilla bean extract
Pinch of salt

Hi, I was comparing your keto book and cookido , the same recipes have different nutrition details on amount of carbs, fat and protein. Which ones are correct?
Those look soo good, but those biscuits really do look like snickerdoodle cookies lol. The first time eating it will probably be really weird because no matter how much I tell myself it’s not a sugary cookie, my mouth will still be expecting that taste instead of a buttery biscuit flavor.
I made the biscuits last night and it was delicious!! The only thing I would change is omit the onion and garlic powder, it was a little strong for my taste. I would prefer a more plain tasting biscuit. I don’t know why I never thought of making my own sausage patties, it was so easy.Thank you for the recipe!!
