    Hello master, I have all the signs matching, not just that I read more and watched more videos. I think my Ajna Chakra is opening, it’s weird.

    Why it’s happening ? I haven’t done any yoga or meditation for it. I feel tensed about these things. I don’t want these things, how do I close them ? I want normal life. I am just 21, is it normal? Or it’s very early ? Please help me! It’s scary.

    I’m not sure if my third eye has activated but I know that after beginning spiritual practices, cleaning up my diet, and not using fluoride products and using supplements to cleanse bad stuff out of my body, one day during meditation I started to feel not like a headache sensation but like an intense tingling and swirling feeling between my eyebrows. I can now have it happen at will when I begin to remember the sensation and focus on it. But when I meditate or close my eyes I don’t try to visualize anything really I just let my thoughts drift through and imagine I’m in the void
