yes, i put 1000 rounds through a .40 s&w g2c before cleaning it and i’ve had no issues or jams

  2. Cody&jenn 87 on July 27, 2023 at 3:05 pm

Taurus are really great guns I would definitely trust it

  3. Brendan K on July 27, 2023 at 3:06 pm

Any of the G series, yes but always test your ammo and get plenty of range time to be sure

  4. Dean Shafer on July 27, 2023 at 3:07 pm

I sure do. 1000 rounds through my GX4 with no failure to feeds, no loose sights, no issues whatsoever. Feels good, shoots good, looks sexy, and is now my EDC. The Glock is retired.

  5. Buddy Gordon on July 27, 2023 at 3:08 pm

I mean they are very nice firearms, but the stock trigger is a bit gritty and at times spungy. Other than that, it’s a seet piece that with a simple trigger swap that makes it a glock contender.

  6. Positive Reactions on July 27, 2023 at 3:10 pm

    No

  7. Marr Herbz on July 27, 2023 at 3:11 pm

Absolutely!! I was biased before the had to buy something affordable because I was completely without an EDC. I been paid 280 and got the Taurus TH9 and it ended up being on of my absolute favorites 17+1 full size 1911 style frame, but the slide was so damn buttery no jams ever and shit straight as an arrow unfortunately it grew legs and walked out of my house but wherever you are little buddy come home dad misses you❤️

  8. Derek Fisher on July 27, 2023 at 3:12 pm

Yup. Carry a GX4. It has never failed. Eats everything

  9. Geoffrey Williams on July 27, 2023 at 3:14 pm

Yes my g2c saved my life

  10. NBW DOUGHBOY on July 27, 2023 at 3:18 pm

Because I’ve shot over 1000 rounds in mine so far no issue. Turned it into my truck gun after I got the 43X. Gonna trade the 43X in and potentially get the Sig p365X Macro

  11. Supreme on July 27, 2023 at 3:19 pm

Yes my first edc was a taurus 709 slim and carried it for 3 years with zero problems

  12. GroundZero Tactical on July 27, 2023 at 3:22 pm

    No.

  13. Noone In particular on July 27, 2023 at 3:22 pm

    My pt92 100%

  14. Tugarin on July 27, 2023 at 3:22 pm

Nope, I have a really old Facebook post saved of a guy showing off his bloody PT145 (his own blood) showing the gun malfunctioned and he was robbed and beaten. I have owned a G2C and a G3 myself, absolutely shit tier. Trigger on both feels like pulling a sponge through mud, neither hit to point of aim, and neither were crowned very well so there was more muzzle flash then needed to be.

If you’re poor and have 0 other options I guess, if not don’t settle for less buy a Glock.

  15. Arizona DadOf2 on July 27, 2023 at 3:24 pm

Yes, but I prefer other guns –

I’ve trusted my life to some interesting guns working contracts in interesting places

  16. Alex S on July 27, 2023 at 3:26 pm

    No I wouldn’t.

  17. 4theloveofguns on July 27, 2023 at 3:27 pm

Of course I do reason why there’s been a Taurus on my side since early 2000s one of my first guns was a revolver from taurus and they have proved time and time again that they care about their firearms and never go backwards always forward most hate about them are lies

  18. dennis seckman on July 27, 2023 at 3:28 pm

Yes own 2 g3c and 1 gx4 have better point of aim than my glocks between the three I’d say I have 3.000 rounds not one problem sold my glocks bought ammo and good holsters

  19. Oakwood Mike on July 27, 2023 at 3:28 pm

If it has to be questioned…then that’s the answer.

  20. No Gene Therapy on July 27, 2023 at 3:31 pm

I see sigs, Glocks, and basically every other pistol having similar malfunctions that folks clown on Taurus for. I don’t think percentage wise Taurus makes more lemons. They just make more guns at a better price, with near identical functionality and reliability. It will take years to build up a track record of reliability like glock, but time reveals all.

  21. Richard Washington on July 27, 2023 at 3:31 pm

pt111 g2c has a g3 17rd mag I trust it with my life never failed me yet I like it better thin my 43x tbh

  22. xxskitsxx15 on July 27, 2023 at 3:31 pm

No. I’d rather have my 1903 iver Johnson .38 tried true and trusted

  23. Peanut on July 27, 2023 at 3:32 pm

Own a GX4. I have 750-800 rounds through mine. Love and have had no malfunctions.

Yes sir just got the new gx4 no malfunctions I really love it reminds me a lot of my buddy’s p365

  27. HughJanus88 on July 27, 2023 at 3:35 pm

I carried a G2c and a TH9c for a short period of time when I couldn’t afford anything nicer and shot many rounds through both with 0 failures. I just prefer to carry something a little more robust and nicer quality since I can afford to do so now.

  28. T on July 27, 2023 at 3:35 pm

I don’t even trust my life to certain models from the best brands, why would I trust my life to a brand that was formed around being budget friendly and has had tons of qc issues? That being said, I still like some of the Taurus offerings, I’m just very picky about what I daily carry

  29. Steve Troletti on July 27, 2023 at 3:36 pm

NO! When racking the first round of self defense ammo, it often nose dives and stays stuck. I’ve polished my feeding ramp and other components but once in a while the first round gets stuck and doesn’t feed properly. It happens mostly on my G3C but also on G3 and GX4. That’s something I can clear easily and quickly but why bother when none of my Glock or Sig pistols do this??? It’s a problem when emptying a mag and reloading, you never know if it will feed properly!

  30. crobee91 on July 27, 2023 at 3:36 pm

    Hell no

  31. Gabriel James Music on July 27, 2023 at 3:39 pm

I trust me, and never had any issues with my Taurus’ I have the g3 & G3c but my gx4 is my edc

  32. william gray on July 27, 2023 at 3:42 pm

i trust MY taurus firearm because i’ve put enough rounds through it to deem it carry worthy

  33. Von Fields on July 27, 2023 at 3:42 pm

I have purchased 51 taurus handguns, in 40 years of shooting, they are better now, upgrading their quality.

  34. gdenzel55 on July 27, 2023 at 3:43 pm

Prefer glock 26 19mag or micro Ak

  35. MidWestern Outdoors on July 27, 2023 at 3:44 pm

    Every single day. I carry a G2S

  36. Erick Castillo on July 27, 2023 at 3:44 pm

A close friend actually had to use his Taurus in a self defense situation 2 weeks ago. It saved his life.

  37. lon mellenthin on July 27, 2023 at 3:46 pm

I have an old Taurus model 66 357 6” that’s awesome. Then I had some regret recommending Taurus semi auto to friends so I dodged them. Now I have a Taurus Tx 22 that Eats any ammo I put in it and I have friends who have the G2C and G3 and they love them. Hopefully things are getting better with them.

  38. Duncan Jeppson on July 27, 2023 at 3:48 pm

Personally, I love my Taurus. When I turned 18, I couldn’t afford a nicer gun (i only had $300 that I could even think about spending) and wanted to have something to get into carrying/something for home defense once I move out. I purchased a PT-111 Millennium G2 off of my brother and it has served me greatly. I have really large hands, so I did get a Hogue grip for it, which is amazing. I have put probably 250 rounds through it (a wide variety too, hollow-points, fmjs, both brass and steel casings) and have never had even one malfunction.

  39. Self Responder on July 27, 2023 at 3:50 pm

    I trust my Taurus PT111 G2, +/-5000 rounds and it hasn’t skipped a beat.

  40. Benito Garcia on July 27, 2023 at 3:52 pm

I wanted the g3c cause I recently turned 21 but when I went in my local gun store they didn’t have it in stocks but the gx4 caught my eye I liked it so I bout it, mag dumped my first clip in a safe manner and it was flawless with 0 malfunction I fell in love but I have yet to put it to the test

  41. 316MagDUMPAA on July 27, 2023 at 3:54 pm

Yup love mines that’s my every day Carry

  42. PNW Prepper on July 27, 2023 at 3:57 pm

I mean yea, but I prefer Sig or HK to them

  43. Richie Woods on July 27, 2023 at 3:58 pm

Yes, any gun that goes bang when I pull the trigger I trust with my life. The NEW Taurus have been reliable. The same people hating on Taurus are ppl who swear Nike makes better quality clothing and pay more $$$

  44. Marcelo Santana on July 27, 2023 at 3:58 pm

Yes , i am trust i have one
