I listen to soundbaths a lot, as I’m learning to play myself. This one is the vibration that hit for me. It’s complex. In meditation I started to feel nauseous at first because I tried to follow it. As soon as took a few deep breaths, and let it surround me instead of follow it, it bloomed. Soundbath is brilliant. Thank you.

I tried listening to this while being barefoot in grass. I won’t lie, I was getting extremely frustrated as I didn’t feel any effects/vibrations in my root chakra as others claimed they did. I even started to cry after out of frustration. I then tried it again while laying on the floor in my home and felt the same way and cried out of frustration again. Lol smh.. I then took a nap and when I woke up I felt some mental clarity and wasn’t having much racing thoughts (I tend to overthink ALOT)…I know it takes a lot of practice so I’ll keep using this everyday while barefooted in the grass and see how it goes. Any additional tips?

I am wondering if anyone could offer better insight on why a person would “see” (meaning in their mind) a rabbit every time meditating on root chakra?!?
It is nowhere on the internet.. just of course things to read regarding symbolism of the rabbit and what it means to dream about it and so forth. So with that I basically gather what I can by looking at the symbolism in rabbit combined with what the root chakra energy offers. But I’d love to have a more specific answer as to why there is always a rabbit seen at root chakra. No other animal is seen at other chakras.

The Root chakra for grounding is what I’m needing and then to work up and up. So where would one locate the others Sacral, Solar Plex, etc? So how fast do you want to go, You can go into Hyperdrive.
