Gene, I first wanted to thank you for sharing all this knowledge. I came across your channel recently and I have been enjoying this series immensely. All the chakra videos have been very insightful but truly, this one on the throat chakra was timely and very powerful.
It never crossed my ming that my throat chakra could be blocked because I am someone who never shied away from expressing myself freely. I also though I was a great communicator, but I realize now after watching this that I don’t know how to listen and truly hears others and that I listen to my inner noise instead. Now I see why I had so many misunderstandings with my family lately. I also now see that I am a very controlling and demanding person. My ego keeps me from listening to others.
Could this explain why whenever I meditate or practice pranayama, I feel tightness in/around my throat? I have a hard time continuing to meditate most times where I can’t seem to stop focusing on that uneasy feeling in my throat . Also, my right ear has been bothering me for quite some time, like a dull pain/pressure in my inner ear.
I hope you are still working on this book. I will purchase it happily when it comes out!
Hmmmm my birthday is in 5 days and i have fever. I picked virus from someone…. 3 days fight with fever….
Two ears one mouth, pretty self-explanatory.
I’m having a rough time getting through all this. All i really hear is "be a good person, be mindfull, be conscious and kill the ego of course." I cat vocalize mantras where I live either. This all interests me and it feels like the right thing I should study, though i’m not sure why.
Scripture: I shall give you what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no hand has touched and what has never entered into the human heart.

Thank you so much for your content. I appreciate all of your wisdom in these lessons. I have a quick question. I don’t have a thyroid. How will this affect the balancing of this chakra? Many years ago I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and without doing my research I listened to the DR’s advice and did a radiation treatment to "kill" my thyroid. It is still there but basically ‘dead’. I was very naive back then. And guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

You’re absolutely right, about the birthday thing. I did get sick twice within a one month period regardless of how clean my lifestyle was. And I do feel like my personal challenges are at their peak as of now. Especially since I am breaking away from a filthy lifestyle after many years and have embarked on a journey of many righteous changes which are the most challenging ones. By the way I am very glad that I came across your channel a few months ago, I have heard many of your videos over and over again to really learn the deep teachings you are imparting here. Thanks for the great work which has greatly benefited me.

I feel as if I’ve destroyed my ego on multiple occasions but each time when I integrate things get messy and really difficult and I’ve sacrificed so much to obtain peace of mind and it still seems so afar…
Psychedelic substance seem to have only made things worse for me to be honest…
9months now completely sober…
But now I’m if not more depressed then ever riddled with thought around labels that I’ve dealt with in the most mature way of dealing with the problem…
Absolutely no control of the extreme emotion of sadness to the point of tears even when I try to hold back and control it…
Something deeply rooted that still needs to be addressed…
I’m doing spiritual therapy been through 5 different therapists
Today was rough suicide I feel like was on the verge… And I hate to have to say this…….

I’m libra, my difficulties usually happen within the first 3-4 months after my bday. New years is always a rebirth for me
I feel the balancing of every chakra as I listen to your videos and take with me the means to meditate (through Karma yoga being that I have a family and busy life with little to no time to myself to practice alone) on each one and keep them balanced and fully open. I feel a strong blockage in the one above each that I balance before moving onto the next video and releasing that blockage to. My throat as been extremely tense since yesterday after watching the heart Chakra video. And after watching this one I sat back and meditated and felt the ego within as a blockage for this one not, allowing the divine will to express itself from the 2 chakras above it. And in that moment I let go completely and became the divine. The ego disappeared entirely and I felt everything I did or thought as divine perfect manifestation unfolding. I became God. And I could in fact hear in the deep silence all around me (even with the sounds outside and the sound of my son playing in the room) high vibrations subtly emanating from all around. I needn’t even thank you for your videos bc they are just God allowing those who watch to remember they are God… but to your ego I still give infinite thanks and love. I now know my ego is only a device God is using internally to experience duality to be able to understand his true nature and become further enlightened. Om Kham Brahma. Om Namo Narayanaya.
I’m so excited for your new upcoming book and am going to pick up the one you mentioned. I can also say I have noticed leading up to my birthday it seems like everything is coming to a terrible cacophony when I lived less connected. It is like a mini reincarnation of goodness during and afterwards though. I’m looking forward to seeing how these meditations work out or rather hearing! Many thanks for your help and very clear way of presenting these thoughts. As a Taurus I’m supposed to have a strong throat which I feel I do at times otherwise I would say I was very much like you used to be and I just can’t string the thoughts into an articulate idea that makes sense. How can there be sound in space if sound wave can’t travel through. Space is like a vaccum if no air there’s no way sound can be heard. You mean sound that we attribute to planets ?
