Pile 3. You totally got me. I can adapt myself to every type of people. Despite the fact that there are group of people whith whom I’m feeling more confortable. I’m only 22 and I can talk to seniors, adults and kids. I can talk to people with a politician hobbies, art hobbies, even in the education field. Whatever people like, I have a little knowledge, enough for me to understand and take part into the conversation. I always said that if I have a talent, it’s this one. :’)
I feel like a chameleon somehow. But I know who I am. As long as my boundaries aren’t crossed, I’ll put a bridge for any connection. And I’m more of an ambivert because of that.
And there were some period where I tended to people pleasing. That’s moments where I wasn’t confident in myself. I was beating myself up if I couldn’t please someone (whoever it was, toxic or not). Now I literally experiment the person before taking a step to build the bridge. I need to see the instinctive conduct of the person. I’m in sciences of language so it’s not difficult for me to notice wrong behaviour in conversion. And as soon as I’m feeling uncomfortable (or in a feeling of danger), I know that no bridge should be built. :’)
