the audacity of idiots trying to manipulate people working out can be skipped you need to cheat by taking pills that wouldn’t actually work like hello it LITERALLY takes years to really getting results just because it takes longer than what you wish for doesn’t mean nothing works with a negative mindset is exactly what makes people quit before even trying I’ve lost so much weight and I’ve been working out for over 3 years and I still am. You’re not serious about working out if you’re trying to cheat the system the system says you have to do the actual work but weak minds don’t wanna do the long work so you’ll fall for anything that requires no work it’s not real the truth always remains the same you have to get up and do it yourself if you don’t want to you’re doing it just to show off not because you’re looking forward to the rewards about exercise.

Dr. Oz is like Dr. Phil in that they both suggest unrealistic solutions to the problems on their respective shows (Dr. Phil makes up for it by being rude to guests,) but something I like about Dr. Oz is his physique is a certain sign that he practices what he preaches. That raises his credibility.
The smile on my face doesn’t mean my life is perfect . I just appreciate what I have and what God has blessed me.

I think it’s the other way around. People get fat and that gives them a fat omentum and fatty liver. Fatty liver does not make you gain weight is the symptom of having been obese. Hope he wins the election.
I think fat is like a parasite that clings and takes over you. Its horrible sometimes while working out i feel like withdrawal symptoms, my body temperature gets super cold. It also absorbs all your nutrients from your muscles to feed itself
