    Most things in nature with a spiral use the same formula. Some call it the golden ratio or phi. It’s like the formula for creation.

    I always do a lot of grounding(walk barefoot on the grass or sand) during the spring & summer…especially after a workout.
    Also, if you look at the wave pattern in black men’s hair it has that same cosmic spiral.
