Yes felt the space
I’m really new to meditation and tried this one. About at the halfway mark, I really felt sort of afraid? I’ve always had issues with surrender and letting the mind go. When you first move up your vision to the third eye, I had seen the white and sort of freaked out and awoke from the meditation. The idea of playing images sort of scared me and my mind changing colors from just black with the eyes shut was sort of panic inducing. Honestly, it’s such a beautiful meditation, I’m just wondering if what this is is normal. I’m generally pretty anxious but this was different than any shorter meditation I’ve done. Always feel sort of afraid to empty the mind and see things beyond just black from closing my eyes. If that makes sense…

Is seeing images/feeling connections with past traumas a normal response to this? I didn’t react, just thought “you don’t control me” and let them go away. It actually felt pretty good.
