Thanks for the content… can i ask a question regarding the tuning of instruments you use for these cleansing/meditative purposes… do you know if they are tuned to the 440hz (A) scale, or is it the more natural 432hz. Not to get conspiratorial about it, but the 440hz is more disharmonous than 432hz and was changed to be the standard in early 1900’s. Just thought I’d ask…

I’m sitting here listening to this wonderful meditative video and you tell me to put something about a foot in front of my solar plexus and a foot behind my solar plexus and in my mind’s eye I’m wondering how I’m going to get my feet to do this and then I realize this isn’t what you’re saying.
